Billing terms
Paid Doconax plans are billed per the agreement between your organization and Doconax. Billing periods, seats and currency are recorded in the order.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at the end of a billing period per the agreed notice. No charges are billed past the effective cancellation date.
Refund eligibility
If a service disruption prevents use for a material portion of the paid period and we cannot resolve it, we will offer a pro-rated credit or refund as appropriate.
How to request a refund
Contact the Doconax team with your account and order details. We respond within a defined period and process eligible requests promptly.
This policy assumes the standard commercial terms. Final refund terms are set in your written agreement.
